What's the check-in procedure for after-school programs?

After-School Check-In Procedure:

  1. 1. Greet the child by name at the front desk
  2. 2. Scan their membership card or look up their name in the system
  3. 3. Verify the child's authorized pickup contacts are current
  4. 4. Note any special instructions (allergies, early pickup, etc.)
  5. 5. Direct the child to their assigned program area

Children may not be released to anyone not on the authorized pickup list. No exceptions.
